Domestic Assault; A DUI; Drug Charges: Cranston Police Arrest Log

CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between July 9 and July 12.

Names of those arrested, their age, or the town they reside in, as well as the time of the arrest, were only omitted when not provided by police.

July 9

5:39 p.m. — Jessica Dupont, 49, of Woonsocket, was charged with license or permit for carrying a pistol, large capacity feeding devices, and possession of schedule I-to-V drugs (under 10 grams). Police said the arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street at Princess Avenue.

11:47 p.m. — Hector Garces, 44, of Cranston, was charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct. Police said the arrest stemmed from a hold up alarm activation at Garden Shell at 1207 Pontiac Ave.

July 10

1:46 a.m. — Rodolfo Castro Dubon, 45, of Cranston, was charged with DUI and breathalyzer refusal. Police said the arrest happened after a car stop at the intersection of Cranston Street and Bain Street.

4:55 p.m. — Alia Stroker, 21, of Cranston, was arrested on a warrant out of the Burrillville Police Department.

7:52 p.m. — Michael Sabetta, 23, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

July 11

6:09 p.m. — Ryan Cordeiro, 44, of Providence, was charged with obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud. Police said Cordeiro was picked up at the Tiverton Police Department.

8:54 p.m. — Lyuchan Santiago Rodriguez, 22, of Cranston, was charged with sexual offender address change.

11:09 p.m. — Juan Rodriguez, 24, of Cranston, was charged with breaking and entering into a dwelling house without consent, vandalism/malicious injury to property, and violating a no-contact order.

July 12

7:04 p.m. — Jesse Cordeiro, 37, was arrested on a warrant from the Rhode Island State Police. Cranston police said the arrest happened after a motor vehicle stop on Wellington Avenue.

9:33 p.m. — Robert Chandler, 29, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
