Aerobic Exercise Classes
Mondays & Wednesdays – 10 a.m.
Fee: $3
What are the benefits of aerobic exercise? Aerobic exercise provides cardiovascular conditioning, decreases risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure, increases HDL or “good” cholesterol, helps to better manage sugar, and decreases resting heart rate.
Modified Yoga at the Center
Wednesdays Beginning Aug. 7, ending Sept. 11

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in this FREE Yoga class sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island. This six week class is designed with a modified approach to Yoga. Come and try it! Bring your mat and bring a friend. This is a six-week trial period with the hope that with steady attendance we can extend the class for the remainder of the year.
