Job Description
Lebedin Kofman LLP is looking for an associate attorney with at least 5 YEARS of experience in defending criminal cases to handle misdemeanor and felony cases in state and/or federal courts, from inception through trial, if necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience handling hearings, trials and/or appellate practice. The candidate will work under the partners to be able to further their own knowledge and breadth of experience.
This position will have flexibility in that work from home and/or hybrid model can be offered.
Job Requirements: MUST be admitted to practice in NY . MUST have at least 5+ years of experience.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for their own caseload, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction.
