Job Description

• Company : Manufacturer of plastic products in the blown film industry, located in Hudson, WI.
• Industries Served : Agriculture, Medical, Manufacturing.
• Role : Help run 1 of 3 blown film lines, labor-intensive and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and hand tools.
• Load, palletize, and handle large plastic rolls.
• Perform core loading, taping, tagging, and roll handling.
• Conduct quality control and identify bad products.
• Maintain scrap conveyor.
• Label, box, and load 50-pound plastic rolls.
• Change cutting knives on machines.
• Package products according to specifications.
• Work with other packers to keep production lines running.
• Follow OSHA requirements and maintain a safe workplace.

Skills

• General labor, machine operation, packaging.
• Experience with blown film, plastics extrusion, plastic injection.
• Proficiency with hand tools, forklift, inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Preferred: 1 year of industrial experience, experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
