Job Description

Position:

Lease-to-Purchase OTR Driver

Experience Requirement:

Minimum of one year of verified driving experience.

Compensation:

20% of the gross revenue (includes cargo and trailer) goes to the company.

Truck Payments:

Weekly payments range from $500 to $1,000, with an average of $700.

Insurance Costs:

Physical Damage (PD) insurance at $200 per week.

Escrow Deposit:

Total of $2,500, deducted at $250 weekly over 10 weeks.

Incentives:

Earn bonuses for clean inspection records.

Home Time:

Flexible, but drivers are recommended to be out for at least two weeks at a time. This can be adjusted based on individual preferences.

Dispatch:

No forced dispatch—drivers control their work frequency.

Freight Details:

Live loading/unloading; dry van loads only, with no drop-and-hook or touch freight involved.

Equipment:

Fleet includes Freightliner trucks from 2017-2023, available in both automatic and manual.

Teams:

Team drivers are welcome; no dedicated route assignments.

Personal Policies:

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis; however, no passengers allowed.

Amenities:

Installation of APU, inverter, fridge, and other sleeper features can be arranged.

Pay Schedule:

Payments are issued weekly on Fridays.

Earnings Potential:

Operate on your own schedule with high earning potential. For instance, with a gross weekly revenue of $6,000, you could net around $1,750 after covering fuel and other expenses. Earnings increase the more you drive, encouraging drivers to optimize their time on the road for greater income.
