G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Passenger Service Ramp Agent operations in the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK)

• Position: Passenger Service Ramp Agent
• Pay: $13.00 per hour
• Shift: Vary

What does a Passenger Service Ramp Agent do?

• Meet and greet customers with tickets
• Provide assistance to passengers as requested or required
• Monitors ticket counter and self-service check-in queue activity
• Assist with the ticketing and boarding process, gate, and baggage services
• Provide ground support of inbound and outbound aircraft including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, aircraft servicing, driving motorized equipment
• Cleaning of aircraft interior

• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)

What skills are required to Join the Team?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions as it relates to the role

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
• Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
