We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up construction projects in the healthcare or life sciences sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground-up healthcare and life sciences construction projects from pre-construction to project completion. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor selection, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the construction process. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Manage change orders, claims, and project documentation. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Profile Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up healthcare or life sciences projects. Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of healthcare or life sciences building codes, regulations, and standards. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
