In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, assistance, and solutions related to their inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
