Job Description

• Pharma CRM background preferably Veeva and salesforce.
• Proficiency supporting US commercial systems and data.
• Five plus years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with data visualization, digital mobile, web and BI.
• Work with the Project Manager and with Organon BT functional leads to initially plan out technical transition options for the program and subsequently design and execute the transition plan.
• These will include technical plans for how best to assimilate Dermavant capability into the Organon existing landscape with considerations for Organon's evolving solutions.
• Strong Communication and Coordination between BT function leads required along with the ability to Lead and Facilitate meetings across multiple functional areas.
• Partner with business stakeholders, third party partners and internal technical team for optimized solution execution, and accountable for responding to questions and concerns from managers and executives.
• ct as BT liaison to handle the communication with required stakeholders and coordinate efforts between various business units if needed.
