Requirements include a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited surgical technologist or LPN program, and preferred experience as an LPN or certified ORT. A valid surgical tech certification or LPN licensure is preferred, along with AHA BLS certification. Must be available for rotating weekends and on-call as needed.
