\n Job Details: \n\n

• Pay: $2,800.00 per week \n\t
• $1,250 bonus \n\t
• $600 additional travel reimbursement \n\t
• Mileage Reimbursement \n\t
• 13 week contract - chance of extension\n\t
• Eureka, CA - Humboldt County\n\t
• Monday-Friday : 8A - 4:30P *1 weekend shift required per 13 weeks*\n\t
• 40hrs guaranteed per week\n\t
• Will see max 6 patients per day\n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• Active Unrestricted CA License\n\t
• Must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience \n\t
• Must have your own and reliable transportation\n\t
• BLS via American Heart Association - required \n\t
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references\n
