FELONY ASSAULT

At 1:50 a.m., July 1, Cranston Police Officers arrested Dontae Miller, 20, of 12 Arch St., Apt. 2, Providence, for felony assault and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at 164 Second Ave. Miller was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 11:35 p.m., June 30, Cranston Police Officers arrested Jeron Jackson, 38, of 4 Osborn St. Providence for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of an Affidavit Arrest Warrant pickup at the North Providence Police Department. Jackson was awaiting arraignment as a probation or parole violator, according to Cranston Police.

DUI

At 2:35 a.m., June 30, Cranston Police Officers arrested Haily Perez, 25, of 222 Dora St., Providence, for Driving Under the Influence (first offense), Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Unknown as a result of a crash investigation at 370 Budlong Road. Perez was summonsed and released to Rhode Island Hospital, according to Cranston Police.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 3:44 a.m., June 30, Cranston Police Officers arrested Elsie Dahn, 30, of 91 Arthur St., Apt. 12, Pawtucket, for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the Pocasset Village Apartments, 955 Dyer Ave., Apt. 88. Dahn was held for morning arraignment.

DOMESTIC VANDALISM

At 11:48 p.m., June 29, Cranston Police Officers arrested Victor Figueroa, 28, of 76 Robert Circle, Cranston, for three counts of Domestic Vandalism, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest as a result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned location. Figueroa was held for morning arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

DRUG ARREST

At 1:39 a.m., June 29, Cranston Police Officers arrested Nykole Tellado, 30, of 530 N. Main St., Providence, for Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (first offense; less than 10g of crack cocaine), and Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duties, according to Cranston Police. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop near the Dollar Tree at 1285 Reservoir Ave. Tellado was transported to an area hospital for evaluation, and then released to appear at arraignment, according to Cranston Police..

SHOPLIFTING

At 5:45 p.m., June 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested Frank King, 35, of 10 Holiday Drive, Lincoln, for Shoplifting.  The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop, 204 Garfield Ave. King was a arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

DRUG ARREST

At 6:14 p.m., June 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested two men for drug possession following an Elmwood Avenue traffic stop.

Police arrested Edwin Malave, 35, of 1081 Elmwood Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, for Possession of Schedule I-V (less than 10 Grams of Crack Cocaine). Police also arrested James Capuano, 38, of 245 Manton Ave., Apt. 76, Pawtucket, for Possession of Schedule I-V  (less than 10 Grams of Crack Cocaine).

Malave was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released. Capuano was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI as a bail or probation violator, according to Cranston Police.

NCO VIOLATION

At 6:49 p.m., June 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested Juan Rodriguez, 34, of 361 Dyer Ave., Cranston, for two counts of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a pickup at Providence Police Department. Rodriguez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI as a bail or probation violator, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 7:11 p.m., June 28, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alexis Pombeiro, 21, of 113 Greenwood St., Apt. 2, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Pombeiro was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

Around 7:05 p.m., June 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Noel Caouette, 68, of 287 Mayfield Ave., No. 1, Cranston, charging him with one count of Domestic Simple Assault and one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 287 Mayfield Ave., according to Cranston Police. Caouette was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

WARRANT ARREST

At 3 a.m., June 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alex Marta, 24, of 48 Chestnut Hill Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from Warwick Police as a result of a wellbeing check at the aforementioned address. Marta was transported to the Warwick Police Department.

SHOPLIFTING

At 2:56 p.m., June 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Janice Stewart, 29, of 25 Fairfield Road, Cranston, for Shoplifting as a result of an Affidavit Arrest Warrant pickup at the Pawtucket Police Department. According to Cranston Police, Stewart was presented as a bail violator by the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and transported to Women’s Intake at the ACI.

DRUG ARREST

At 5:29 p.m., June 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Amauris Pena, 52, of 51 Toronto Ave., Providence for Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Fentanyl) as a result of a traffic stop on Beckwith Street. Pena was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS

At 10:58 a.m., June 26, Cranston Police Officers arrested Adrien Hebert, 42, of 696 Atwood Ave., Cranston, for Receiving Stolen Goods and Driving on a Suspended License (4th or greater offense, a misdemeanor). The arrest was the result of a call for service at CVS, 1188 Pontiac Ave. Hebert was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

STOLEN VEHICLE

At 4 p.m., June 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Charles Dixon, 70, of 29 Arlington Ave., Cranston for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle as a result of a FLOCK hit and subsequent traffic stop on Atwood Avenue. Dixon was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

SHOPLIFTING

At 8:22 p.m., June 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Wanda Perry, 59, of 244 Chad Brown St., Providence, for Shoplifting as a result of a larceny complaint at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. According to Cranston Police , Perry was summonsed and released due to a “health issue.”

FELONY SHOPLIFTING

At 8:09 p.m., June 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested John Feliciano Huertas, 30, of 627 Cranston St., Apt. 1, Providence, for Felony Shoplifting as a result of a larceny complaint at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. Huertas was held as a Probation Violator, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT BY STRANGULATION

At 7:40 a.m., June 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Jashlet Pinthiere, 30, of 81 Eagle Road, Cranston, for Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Simple Assault, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Pinthiere was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
